Tamar Marine Fishing Report – 9th December 2020

Short and sweet this week as the weather wasn’t the greatest over the weekend.

EAST COAST

Species:  Crayfish.

The East Coast Crayfish season opened on the weekend and despite some terrible weather anglers ventured out and reported some great catches off St Helens and Bicheno.

GREAT LAKE

Species:  Brown Trout.

Great Lake hosted the CJ Marine Great Lake Outing/Interclub Challenge. With local angling clubs facing off against each other. Launceston Angling Club managed to come out with the bragging rights for the event.

Soft plastic and Hardbody lures both working well.
