Freight & Delivery
For orders sent within Tasmania, your online order will be shipped via Australia Post or local couriers.
We will use our personal knowledge and experience to determine how your order will be sent, depending on the location and size of the items we
are sending to you. Items may be separated into multiple parcels if it is deemed to be more cost effective.
All interstate orders will be sent via Australia Post or TNT Express – Road Service. Dangerous goods such as paint, flares, etc. can only be shipped within Tasmania at this time.
We only accept online orders within Australia at this time – For international queries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Bulky items such as Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards and Inflatable Boats can only be sent within Tasmania at this time.
All orders that are requested to be sent to a PO Box will be sent via Australia Post. If your items exceed the limitations for Australia Post we will contact you to request a new shipping address.
Shipment pricing will be determined during the checkout process.
Orders are processed ASAP during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm).
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, and be shipped the same day.
Delivery times will vary. Orders within Tasmania are generally a next day delivery, however please allow 2-3 business days.
For interstate orders please use the below timeline as a guide:
VIC: 4-5 business days
NSW & SA: 5-6 business days
All other states: 7+ business days.
Returns & Warranty
We guarantee complete satisfaction with any product purchased from us. Should any product purchased prove otherwise, simply return it to us, within 21 days, and we shall replace it, refund your money, or exchange the item.
However, because we have no control over the installation and use of electronic and mechanical equipment, these items may be subject to return for
repair only. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange any electronic and/or mechanical items once they have been installed. We will be more than happy to assist you with warranty and non-warranty repair claims.
Warranties referred to by Tamar Marine Pty Ltd, at any time, whether in conversation by a Tamar Marine staff member, on this website or any other written material supplied by Tamar Marine, is the warranty offered by the manufacturers of the equipment supplied.
Tamar Marine Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for claims that the warranty offered by the manufacturer does not or will not cover.
Should you wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund, please follow these steps:
- Wrap the returns securely in a good box using strong tape.
- Include, in the box, a copy of the invoice you received with your purchase, please make sure it has all your contact details included and the
actions you would like us to take.
- Return freight is at your own expense and risk.
- Goods that cannot be returned include:
- Items that have been made to order or cut to length.
- Items that have been ordered in for you, that we would not normally carry in stock.
- Any goods that have been used or tampered with.
- Dated items such as flares and Epirbs.
