Spirit 1.0 Evo is a portable 1kW (~3HP) electric outboard with a 1276Wh large integrated lithium battery for long range, and features Hydrogeneration for sustainable sailing experiences, and extended battery life.
Spirit 1.0 Evo is the first-ever electric outboard that features hydrogeneration. This means the rotating propeller will charge your battery and prolongs the battery life of electric outboards. It will generate different levels of wattage depending on the boats speed, for example, when it reaches a speed of 10 knots, the 3HP Spirit 1.0 Evo can generate 330W. This technology is more energy-efficient and eco-friendly than conventional charging methods. Hydro generation could well be an important milestone in achieving completely self-sufficient cruising.
The removable battery can float, so youre worry free from a permanent and expensive battery loss when your on the water. The Spirit battery is IP67 sealed, and lightweight at just 8.7 kg and designed to operate in a salt or fresh water environments. The safety wristband keeps you safe in case of MOB.
Tiller controller for Spirit Evo outboard motors has forward/reverse speed and 3.4″ digital display with vital information including Battery Level, Remaining Runtime, Remaining Distance, Speed plus more. A intergrated foldable tiller makes transportation much easier and quick to pack and install. The Evo also has ability for remote controller and steering options.
