FAQs
The price of a standard service is $49.00 – If the lifejacket requires any additional costs such as new cyclinders or water activation cartridges we contact you to give you your options, please be aware that if a new cyclinder and or a water activation cartridge is required and you advise us that you would not like to replace these we are forced to condem and destroy the life jacket. Â
We generally like to allow a week turnaround on services, how ever most will be handled within a couple of days.
If your Lifejacket doesnt meet the service requirements we have to condem and destroy the lifejacket. There is no service charge on condemed Lifejackets.
Short answer – No, Only Stormy Seas in Hobart are Authorized to service their lifejackets. We how ever can organise for your lifejakcet to be sent down and serviced – Stormy Seas cost $75.00 for a service and clean. Any additional requirements such as Cylinders or Water Activation Cartridges we be charged additionally if required.Â
