Tamar Marine Fishing Report – 21st October 2020

KELSO

Species:  King George Whiting.

A lot less rain this week has resulted in some great King George Whiting catches down over the Kelso flats. Hayabusa Whiting Rigs once again the most effective way to land a bag.

LAKE ROWALLAN

Species: Brown Trout.

Located in the North West of the state. Lake Rowallan is situated in the upper reaches of the Mersey River. Featuring in the news the past week with a 12 year old lucky enough to land one of the tagged Trout to win $10000.

GEORGES BAY

Species: Tailor, Silver Trevally.

Georges Bay has been preforming well over the past couple of weeks with anglers reporting some great Tailor and Silver Trevally showing up in the bay. Spinning Soft Plastics the best way to target either fish.
